Use that app for:
- Compact write-ups (description + benefits/effort)
- Dependency graph / list / activity history
- First-shot development plans (Idea / Implementation)
- Released refs (PRs / releases / dates)
Status model (exactly three): Idea → Implementation → Released.
Idea intake is via the roadmap Project chat (not Linear). GitHub Releases/PRs keep Released in sync — see packages/roadmap/SYNC.md.
