Section titled “Governance Statuses”Feature items in the interactive roadmap (packages/roadmap) use exactly three statuses.
Status legend
Section titled “Status legend”| Status | Meaning | Typical next step |

Idea | Drafted; a first-shot development plan already exists. | Move to Implementation when coding starts. |
Implementation | Anything from first commit until shipped. | Move to Released when shipped; attach PR/release refs. |
Released | Shipped to users. | Keep releases[] / prs[] / releasedAt honest via SYNC.md. |

Intake and sync
Section titled “Intake and sync”- New Ideas: roadmap Project chat only (not Linear).
- Released sync: GitHub Releases (especially
sylva-enterprise) and linked PRs — seepackages/roadmap/SYNC.md.
Legacy wording (Planned / In progress / Shipped / Deprecated) in older theme pages should be treated as narrative only; update those pages when you touch them.
